Day 9 - Halong Bay
We started with a visit to a local food market and took a 5 hour trip on a Junk to see Halong Bay, a UNESCO world heritage site. This area is unique in all the world for its limestone formations.
First a trip to the local market, a great way to see the culture of the area.

We visited the recently discovered caves on one of the islands.




Back out in the harbor, the day was grey but the view was still magnificent
